Support Methods

At PulseHosting getting support is simple, there are a few ways of getting support:

1. Billing Control Panel (Preferred), If you are a customer and have access to the billing control panel at https://secure.pulsehosting.com.au/billing/ click "Get Support" and then select "Contact Support"

2. Email You can email one of our departments, by sending an email to one of the departments listed on our contact page.

3. Online Chat, You can get support by speaking to us live, if you see the live support says online you can click it and get support via that. (If the icon on the right states that online support is "online", then you can get live support)
